The 21st International Arena AquaChallenge Swimming Championships, where thousands of athletes swam in Marmaris's enchanting turquoise waters, took place from May 24-26, 2024. We were delighted to witness the outstanding performances of the athletes amidst the unique natural beauty of Marmaris.
This grand event, organized under the auspices of the Muğla Governorship and in collaboration with the Turkish Swimming Federation and the Muğla Youth and Sports Directorate, saw nearly four thousand athletes compete in various courses such as 1K, 2K, 3K, 5K, 10K, Night Swimming, Relay Races, and AquaKids.
On the final day of the event, the Setur Marinas Open Water Swimming Championship 1K races began with the participation of Marmaris Mayor Acar Ünlü, showcasing the magnificent performances of the athletes.
