Setur Marinas has obtained the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Certificate once again this year thanks to its successful customer management efforts.

As a result of the audit evaluation carried out by TÜV SÜD, one of the world's leading evaluation organisations, with its work focusing on customer satisfaction, Setur Marinas has managed to receive the ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate for the second time this year.
Having stated that they were to continue their efforts to further improve customer satisfaction standards, Setur Marinas General Manager Emre Doruk, resumed his speech by saying that: “As Setur Marinas, we conduct all our operations with the perspective of improving customer satisfaction. We strive for the satisfaction of both our employees and our guests within this framework. We are delighted to crown all these efforts with the ISO 10002 Certificate."
Having reinforced its achievements by winning the ISO 10002:2018 certificate for the second time, Setur Marinas Customer Satisfaction Management System standards primarily evaluate issues such as creating a customer-oriented environment that is open to feedback, resolving each complaint received and fulfilling management commitments regarding the improvement of customer service.
